Starting as a private Shadstone company retreat of our “ninjas”, the Ninja Retreat has evolved into a standalone event welcoming top online freelancers to join us at a multiple day in-person event to learn, network, and grow.

What is the Agenda?
This is a retreat - so expect a mix of fun and business.
Day 01
Theme: Check in, Arrival Registration, Networking
This will be the “business day”. We will have a main speaker room for the majority of the attendees, but special attendees and VIPs will have private room access for more personal discussions and even 1 on 1s.
Day 02
Learning and Speaker Sessions
Let’s get this retreat started with some nice and easy things. Ensure you get here safe and sound, in your hotel, and registered for the days ahead. We will have round table networking as well as dinner together. That evening will be an ice breaker and team building to get to know one another more.
Day 03
Activity Day
We will have groups formed and activities on the beach and other action packed adventures. This is the time to make closer relationships, and bond with other ninja attendees.
